Hello precious friends. Welcome once again to our 37th edition of the Good News Magazine. We are so much thrilled for what the Lord is doing. Have you ever thought of the word abundant, what it means in our Christian walk with the Lord? It could mean; present in great quantity, fully sufficient or richly supplied.
Now, when God created mankind, He wanted man to bear fruits. As a creator He didn’t want to create something that is not fruitful but rather one that will produce abundant fruits. Look what Genesis 1:28 says, “And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” Here we clearly see God is talking about Adam and Eve. The first thing we see is that God blessed them. He did not bless them and stop there, but He went ahead and told them to be fruitful, multiply and replenish the earth…This is where most of us get it wrong. We have the blessings but don’t want to use those blessings as God intends. God has given us abundant blessings and life.
